Accept your body now!
I am 5ft 7, and have gone from 177 pounds to 148 pounds in 5 months, all with a ripped disc in my lower back. 8 pounds left to lose and toning to do! I swim every week day, do 10-30 minutes on my elliptical trainer a day, walk my dogs, do yoga, and use a Slendertone belt. At the end of the month I am going to start the 30 Day Shred. I have also cut out processed foods and fizzy drinks, eat healthy using MyFitnessPal and drink a lot more water.

I just saw your post of the 3 soldiers (from 10 months ago) do you know if there is a video that goes along with that?
I have no idea, sorry :/
Think some positive thoughts for me! I have an interview doing what I did in the Air Force, that is a real job, has health benefits and double digit hourly wage… :)
i love her body
I’ve been avoiding my scale, a lot lately. So yesterday I got on it…and I was surprised, 4 weeks ago I had gain about 10 lbs back….now I’m down 12 lbs…
I work 2 jobs now, cut back on eating out and drinking so much. At my waiting tables job I’m busy non stop for 5 hours, and I only drink water or iced tea instead of soda.
I’m officially 18 lbs away from my first goal weight of 160.
Please come off faster.
This is a bikini before/during picture. 10 lb of difference! My UGW is 130 and step by step I’m getting closer to my goal. In more or less 1 month I’ll go to my holidays at the Caribbean and I want to look as good as possible :)

Please publish: Hi, so I'm Kathy. This is one of my many blogs, but I just thought you should know that I'm going to use this blog to help me to GAIN weight as I am recovering from anorexia. I need to gain 10lbs within a month. One random side note, people with eating disorders don't necessarily just want to be skinny, it's because we feel the need to look as sick as we feel, hence why we go to extremely low weights. But I just thought you should know :) Thank you for running this blog <3
Beautifully written, I wish you the best in your recovery.
