I'm about 200lbs and 5'5"and I literally hate myself. I want to just chop my stomach off and be done with it but weight loss isn't that easy. Help? I want to be happy but that's so hard
I know this painful feeling and thoughts. My best advice to you is to simply eat less, move a little more. Start slow, take it day by day and focus on finding an inner peace about your body. Once you truly love yourself, you’ll see all the beautiful things about yourself within the flaws.

As a normal, middle aged, middle class American male there's one thing I can tell women about us guys - We. Don't. All. Like. The same thing. Some guys like girls who look like toothpicks, some guys don't. The truth is, if you asked most guys for their absolute honesty I bet 75% don't. We like girls who look like girls. With curves, and girl parts, and stuff. The whole skinny model on the runway thing is crap. So be comfortable and confident with who you are, trust me - you are beautiful.
Thank you so much for writing this! Men and women love all kinds of kinds! You’re perfect!

Hi! You have a beautiful blog and I love the pictures you post :) Here's my question, do you happen to know where I can find romantic photographs which happen to have fat/plus sized models? It's so much easier to relate to them for me. No matter what your reply, thanks in advance :) Stay happy!
Honestly, I have no idea! If you find some, blog them and blog them some more!
How do you all feel comfortable in your skin? I look at myself in the mirror, and don't like what I see. I hate counting calories because I feel like it's confining. I'm laying in bed crying because of it. I'm 5'3" and 160 pounds. I feel stuck.
It’s a daily struggle for me but it has gotten a lot easier. I (and you and everyone else on the planet) is SO much more than a number on the scale or a size number or letter.
Focus on all the wonderful things you bring to your life, your friends and family’s life and all the great things you have done and will do.
Oh and you’re beautiful. Learn it, Live it, Love it.
