I’ve been avoiding my scale, a lot lately. So yesterday I got on it…and I was surprised, 4 weeks ago I had gain about 10 lbs back….now I’m down 12 lbs…
I work 2 jobs now, cut back on eating out and drinking so much. At my waiting tables job I’m busy non stop for 5 hours, and I only drink water or iced tea instead of soda.
I’m officially 18 lbs away from my first goal weight of 160.
Please come off faster.

January progress, it’s been stressful this month, moving,fast food,ughhh February will be more progress. And I HAD to get shorts, its already getting warmer and warmer down here in Texas.

I’m still on the divorce diet, these little dashes of horrible, heartbreaking news really keep it on track. I guess that’s one nice thing you’re doing for my ex husband <3 I know people will be concerned about my weight loss, I am taking care of myself, I’m just living in an emotional hell filled with a lot of stress and anxiety. I appreciate all the love,support and messages.

I realized that I’m losing followers from my fitblr/fitspo pictures. SO I made a fitspo (mostly for myself, I like to keep things separate)

And it’s going pretty well actually. I feel like this is something that is actually attainable considering I’ll be going from not running at all to running for 20 minutes in 12 weeks. I’m sore, but it’s good! I’m losing weight already and I’m leaving the gym feeling SO much better than I did going into it!
Tomorrow, I’ll be heading to the gym with my husband, I love working out with him he’s encouraging,motivated and really helps me just go further.
