No weight changes, just toning
January progress, it’s been stressful this month, moving,fast food,ughhh February will be more progress. And I HAD to get shorts, its already getting warmer and warmer down here in Texas.

I’m reaching out to my followers for some advice, support and guidance.
I was diagnosed about 3 weeks ago that I have PCOS, I’ve been given Metformin, 500 mg 1 a day and told to lost 5-7% of my weight. I do have a fairly physical job, and I’m going to start hitting the gym again at least 2-3 times a week.
I’ve been reading a lot about low carb, but I don’t think I can commit to living low carb for the rest of my life.
But I’m willing to try it for now and see how it goes.
